Early access and accounts
Palate is an early product and may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, pricing, features, or continued availability. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its infrastructure
- Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
- Do not use the site to probe or test security without authorization
- Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the services except where the law permits it
Cooking, allergy, and health disclaimer
Palate provides automated meal ideas and organizational tools, not medical, dietary, or professional advice. Suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for you. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, dietary restrictions, food condition, preparation, cooking temperatures, and food safety before acting on a suggestion. Seek qualified professional advice for medical or dietary needs.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Palate a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, personalize, and improve the services. You represent that you have the right to submit that content.
Intellectual property
The Palate name, branding, website content, and related materials are owned by Palate or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Palate does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, safety, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palate and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the services.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Palate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the services, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms as the product changes; continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
